Northern Essex Community Higher education Names Paul as Government Director of Marketing and advertising Communications

Paul comes to Northern Essex from Springfield Complex Group College or university, the place he has been the director of marketing and advertising and communications since 2019. He also co-chaired the committee reviewing Springfield’s mission and function for the college’s 2021 accreditation self-examine.

Paul serves as chair of the Massachusetts Community School Campus Communicators workgroup, whose members characterize the 15 colleges in partnership with the Massachusetts Affiliation of Community Colleges. He also serves on the National Council for Advertising and marketing and Community Relations District 1 executive council, representing Massachusetts-member faculties.
